SYNOPSIS:
Unfortunately, I can think
of little "pro" this scen. It's not that it's bad or
below-average, but there really is nothing great about it. Perhaps
this is one of the scens on the Slush Pile.

COMMENTS:
The setting on Earth seems
not so good for a scenario like this, but then again, colonialism
spanned the globe too. Atmosphere is OK. Perhaps some special
sounds would add to this. The balance is not too good, as follows
from the aforesaid, specifically the map.

The map is not adequate.
The documentation is OK. Details ARE mainly addressed.

NEW IDEAS:
Plenty of new units and improvements are implemented, but not
all the graphics are nicely done. A considerable amount has been
taken from MPS scenarios.
ARTWORK: The artwork is poor. The author tried
some things, but I'm afraid it's not too well done. He admits
this himself. I suggest this is the first thing to improve.
