Overall Rating

30/30
SYNOPSIS: I thought this was a VERY acurate WW2 Scenario, and one of the best I have ever seen.  You are supposed to be the Germans (this is new) which is fun to repel the Allies and change history.  Though you change history, along the way, John really magnifies his knowledge in the conflict known as World War 2.

Playability Rating

10/10
COMMENTS: I LOVED the game-play and playablility.  The scenario wasn't confusing at all if you read the readme.  The scenario is very exciting, difficult, and fun, which qualifies as a good scenario.  The events file was marvelous, such as the capture of France and D-Day, and Blitzkrieg.  John really knows what he is talking about because during the scenario, you see the exact names of armor, infantry, and planes.  John kept the WW2 history and added a sensational type of game-play.   One of my favorite qualities of this scenario is that a lot of it is in German with an English caption at the end.  This gives a gist to the Germans during WW2 such as when you attack at a fraction strength, German pops up with English at the end.

ATMOSPHERE: The WW2 Atmosphere in this scenario was beautiful with oil refineries, German language, correct names of units, and much more.  Events give the largest boost of WW2 Atmosphere I have ever seen.

Level of General Care

10/10
MAP: The map was excellent for a World War 2 scenario, with Africa,  Scandinavia, Russia, Britian, and of course, Central Europe.  Cities were  placed exactly how they should be, and the map wasn't TOO crowded like in the "Axis and Allies" scenario by Alex and Captain Nemo.  The map was perfect.

DOCUMENTATION: The documentation and readme was marvelous and long to get a reader actually interested which is another new detail.

TECH: The technology tree was fine.  Very WW2 like and new icons to support the technology atmospere.

DETAILS: The details were excellent except for that some cities build stuff already being built.  I am not counting off for this detail because John plans to fix this in an upcoming version, and because the other details make up for it.

Art and Originality

10/10
NEW IDEAS: An excellent WW2 scenario, one of the best I have ever seen!   The new ideas include German language, massive events files, winter units, and much, much more.

ART: The art was marvelous!  Fantastic units, icons, cities, etc.  Though I thought the railroad icon was kind of lame with just a silver covering on a road, though all the beautigul troops, tanks, cities, and icons blew that away.  I wish I could give art more than a 10 on the ratings here..

NOTES: The sound was superb, some of the best sound files (and largest) I have ever seen.  I think this is the World War 2 scenario to end ALL European WW2 Scenarios.  My congratulations to John Petroski and his fantastic work..
