The Golden Diplomat Award recognizes the very best in Civilization scenario design. It is awarded to the designer/author of a scenario which advances the art of scenario design through innovation and skill. This award is a project of techumseh and recipients are selected by him alone. Nominations are welcome and should be made on the Scenario League forum. [1]
