Rating Scale: How to Use It
Scoring needs to be as consistent
as possible, to maintain a (reasonable) level of fairness. These
are the general guidelines to score a scen per category (e.g.,
Playability):
|
Rating |
What
It Means |
|
1-2 |
The scen is absolutely worthless
in this particular category. Efforts to improve this condition
will likely be in vain. |
|
3-4 |
The scen is (very) poor in
this particular category. Improvement might be worth it, but
there's loads to fix. |
|
5-6 |
The scen scores mediocre. The
term "slush pile" comes to mind. Some more effort of
the author could make the scen OK. |
|
7-8 |
The scen scores reasonably
well. The scen is overall up to snuff. It is perhaps possible
to improve the scen to reach high levels of perfection. |
|
9-10 |
The scen kicks ass. It doesn't
get much better than this. |
